stephenv Thanks to you, the courses became accessible although there are still 2 courses that are on the list but cannot be opened. I believe they are not supposed to be accessible.
I completed all the programs so that I can receive the certificate. Unfortunately, I am not seeing it the Certificates Page. Can you please help me to get it? Is there anything that I need to do for that? This is required for me at work.

Hello jdaubert and stephenv ,Thank you for working on it. There are some developments but unfortunately I am still unable to view the certificates. I can see the buttons 'View Certificates' but clicking on them leads me to an empty page. Please see the screenshots.
If it is not working, will it be possible for you to generate the certificates on my behalf and send it via Email to thomasthandam@gmail.com ?
