As described in PM, seems the Web APIs used in reply frame are blocked by national FireWall.

So for this issue, either using Web APIs as creating thread, or just ignore it.

And for others who coming from internet limited regions, please break out limitation firstly, even you're talking about techique. It's another complicated issue: blocking.
