How to upload a picture in the post?

Please click the Upload text under the "Image/Video/File tab. This will allow you to upload from your computer

Hi:

As an ADI employee I'm trying to answer a User's question and I need to include a graphic of a schematic. I don't see any "Upload text" under the "Image/Video/File" tab after clicking on Insert? Your version of EZ must be different than mine? Which is strange since I'm an ADI Employee!

Is the issue of "Upload" not appearing in certain threads (like this one as an example: https://ez.analog.com/amplifiers/operational-amplifiers/f/discussions/536219/ltc6560-with-positive-biased-apd) after "Insert", "Image/Video/File" resolved yet?

To be clear, some posts (like this one we're on now) have the Upload option, and others (like link above) do not have it!!

I've shown both version side-by-side below.

We need somebody from Engineer Zone technical support / IT to tackle this issue please!!

Very hard to communicate without the ability to add visuals!!

I will test this for you. Thanks for reporting it.

When you do the testing which browsers do you test? I think this issue might be related to the User's browser. I exclusively use Firefox so I can't actually test this hypothesis.

I observed the problem with Chrome, IE Explorer 11 and Windows Edge, 

I don't have Firefox installed so wasn't able to test this one,

Same. I can upload pictures in Firefox but not Chrome. Doesn't seem to be a Chrome extension or ad-blocker issue.

I just tried with Chrome and no issues with uploading from Chrome (see pic below). Just make sure you're logged in first:

    I've been having this same problem on and off for months, where the Upload text does not appear when attempting to show a picture in the SigmaDSP and SIgmaStudio forum using Edge or Chrome:

     Yet here in this Help forum (as well when writing PMs), the Upload button does appear.  So evidently something prevents the Upload feature with the product support forums.

     I'm forced to work around this by uploading to ImageShack which then provides me a URL -- but I pay for that privilege.

I'm sorry but, "It works for me" is not an answer..   Hooman's comment applies more than ever:

Hi kjbob,

I've been told that the steps below will allow you to post:

"You may need to clear your cache in order for the Upload button to appear. You can also drag and drop images into your reply."

Please give it a try.

We apologize for this inconvenience and are equally as frustrated with this issue. A fix is being developed and should be applied by the end of March. 

Please let us know if the temporary work around that Hooman provided does not work for you and will try to assist you further.

    Thank you for your concern and willingness to help.  I'm afraid that neither cache clearing nor drag-and-drop worked when I tried them.  And today I've encountered the menu shown below, which includes no Insert option at all.

With a fix coming in a few weeks we could see if it helps rather than sink time into troubleshooting it now.
