How to delete the question?

Question

I double posted the same question. I can't find the way to delete one of them. 
 BTW if any moderator reads it, please get rid of my post titled: 
 Erratic switching, LTC3703 synchro. step down 
 Also there seems to be some lack of information after submitting a post - a pop-up says post is waiting to be moderated but it doesn't appear anywhere on Moderation Queue (that's why I thought it just didn't went through and posted it for second time).

I've deleted the post for you and to answer your question our Power By Linear group has all posted content moderated by the group managers. So it may not show in the Moderation Queue but the Group Managers will be notified of the post.)
