General Question Related To I/O Banks

good morning 
 My General Doubt is what is the purpose of HP I/O Banks for Transceiver Boards. Really it needs to be while interfacing the Transceiver boards. If it is must needed then XC7Z020 have no HP I/O banks. then how it supports Transceiver boards. 
 I am Visiting UG471 page no. 13 & 14 in that given difference of both HR and HP I/O Banks. can you explain brief purpose of HP I/O Banks. in which Applications used These I/O Banks.

Hi, You have a generic question with a specific target. Not clear to me what is the target. So let's draw some directions. Some questions you should ask your self. 
 1. What is the type of design are you working on regarding ADI parts? 2. To what are you referring to when saying a transceiver board? can you give an example. 3. Is it a design documented on wiki.anlog.com? Do you want to use a different FPGA with it? Have you tried to port it already?

 This is a Question regarding FPGA resources. More specific an FPGA produced by AMD(Xilinx). Why ask this question on this forum? You will find the best answers in their documentation, forums and tutorials. Andrei)
