zc706, u-boot_zynq_zc706.elf

My issue was resolved.

I cannot tell that the resulted u-boot binaries was exactly the same as "u-boot_zynq_zc706.elf", but it worked for me.

I'm posting here to share with others - never know it could give someone else some helpful hints:

• it appears that ADI has its own "u-boot-adi" git repo here: https://github.com/balister/u-boot-adi
• cloned it and applied the patch described here: https://github.com/BPI-SINOVOIP/BPI-M4-bsp/issues/4#issuecomment-1296184876
• compiled it with Xilinx tool-chain:
  • export ARCH=arm
  • export CROSS_COMPILE="arm-linux-gnueabihf-"
  • source /opt/Xilinx/Vitis/2023.2/settings64.sh
  • cd  <path to your local u-boot-adi source>
  • make mrproper
  • make zynq_zc706_defconfig
  • export DEVICE_TREE="zynq-zc706"
  • make all
• cloned and compiled "linux-adi" kernel in the same manner from here: https://github.com/analogdevicesinc/linux
  
  • cd <path to your local linux-adi source>
  • make mrproper
  • make zynq_xcomm_adv7511_defconfig
  • make -j5 UIMAGE_LOADADDR=0x8000 uImage

Indeed, the u-boot defconfig used to build the u-boot.elf for all zc706 projects is the "zynq_zc706_defconfig" from https://github.com/analogdevicesinc/u-boot-xlnx, default branch. This is a fork from Xilinx u-boot repo (an older version of it) with ADI changes on top.
