IIO scope 9081 help

Question

We have an Arria 10 connected to the AD9081 eval board. (4 RX/TX ch). THe ADI board is powered and it appears we can connect to it. However, we cant seem to find out how to make it loopback or capture an input carrier. We get nothing on the plot. We are trying to load some profiles, but we dont think they are 9081 profiles. 
 Can you provide some guidance? THanks

Hi, Sorry for the delayed reply! I was not notified about your latest posts. I have to investigate this. It happened to me in the past.

 There is on on the a10soc at address 0x5c. Can you investigate if everything is ok with that power supply? From the JESD status I see Measured Link Clock (MHz) 304.201 Reported Link Clock (MHz) 250.0 
 The measured clock should be close to the reported one. Are the resistors on the a10soc change according to https://wiki.analog.com/resources/eval/user-guides/ad9081/quickstart/a10soc#fmc_pin_connection_configuration_change ?

 By default those pins a re connected to a clock cleaner on the a10soc. Andrei)

Hi Steve9603 , 
 Some thoughts after discussing this internally: 
 A faulty hardware cannot be excluded. Unfortunately we can be 100% sure only if we get our hands on the hardware... When it comes to soldering/desoldering components, bad (cold) soldering can affect conductivity. I/O pins break due to voltages higher than limit or electrostatic discharge. 
 I have seen this type of issues before: ADC AD9680 not working on AD-FMCDAQ2-EBZ and Arria 10 SoC A faulty FPGA could be the end problem, after all the steps you took to debug this. 
 Another thing which you should do, is to debug with an oscilloscope, probing the paths on the board. As in the thread mentioned above. Also, FPGA internal debug probes (signal tap) could let us know if the FPGA is faulty. 
 Do you happen to have another A10SoC or another AD9081-FMCA-EBZ board? This would be the fastest way to find out what hardware is actually faulty.
