The VADJ is 1.8V for AD9081-FMCA-EBZ/A10SoC setup, we're using the default on A10SoC.

Did you put the AD9081-FMCA-EBZ on FMC A (FMC V57.1)? 

On what position is your jumper for VADJ? the one at the edge of the board, near the display? From there you should select the VADJ.

Also, for SPI communication and transceiver clocks, you should have these changes done to Arria 10 SoC like here: https://github.com/analogdevicesinc/hdl/blob/master/projects/ad9081_fmca_ebz/a10soc/system_project.tcl#L58-L74

I was able to reproduce your issue. Could you please depopulate R22M and populate R2M? 

Wow....thanks.   Those R devices, are you talking about the ADI board or the intel board?  I am just starting to look.....

Ok, I see, its on the ADI board.  Does the ADI board come on after this?  I cant do it to check, i need to take board back to the customer.   Can you explain please?  Thanks

As you can see in the schematic, by mounting R2M, it will enable EN_INT to give power to LTM4616, pin RUN1 (which is a control pin, and a voltage above 1.7V will turn on the module). By turning on this module, the PGOOD1 pin (output voltage power good indicator for channel 1) will light up the V1P0_LED on the evaluation board. 

Similarly for VINT_LED, but checkout the schematic for more details.
