Which GitHub project should I use to compile and generate HDL files for the AD9361-7020 board? I've been looking through the available folders on https://github.com/analogdevicesinc/hdl but couldn't find the files specifically related to this board.

There is no such project/board as AD9361-7020. There are ADRV9361-Z7035 and ADRV9364-Z7020 or possibly FMComms2+ZED. Which is your actual hardware?
