Arria 10 SoC with ADRV9009

Also we provide the reference design, which you can find on our github adrv9009/a10soc. In order to build the design you can follow this guide: Build HDL. Then you build the software for the design using this guide: Linux-software/altera_soc_images.

While going through the 'Building the Preloader and Bootloader Image' section from the link you shared (https://wiki.analog.com/resources/tools-software/linux-software/altera_soc_images),

I was wondering if the preloader image was required for Arria10SoC + ADRV9009 setup. From the document provided by Intel, it mentions that Arria10SoC requires only a bootloader. I have attached the screenshot of the document below. Please let me know if I have misinterpreted the information.
