    I get an error when I want to make a make command to generate the Refernce Design Project file.
    

    I already tried everything what has been described in the "HDL make error 127" Q&A ( RE: HDL make error 127 ) from December 2020.

      Ok, so I see you're using the master branch. Then I suggest you to use what we use when testing the projects, which is 2021.2 if that's possible for you.
      

      If not, then take a look at our Releases page, and see which release branch was tested with which version of tools. I don't recommend using different version of tools since most of the times errors can occur because of this (not just the version mismatch).
