Custom Arria10 gx board with ad9361

Question

Hi, 
 I am trying to integrate arria10 gx fpga with ad9361 (custom board). 
 In the given "hdl" github code, axi_ad9361_lvds_if_10.v calls "lvds serdes", which as per my understanding is not possible as per arria10 architecture. 
 Can you please help me out, about how I can make some modifications in "hdl", for above system to work?

 The reasons we removed the project is stated fmcomms2: a10soc remove project by acostina &middot; Pull Request #541 &middot; analogdevicesinc/hdl (github.com) 
 The fmcomms2 pinout is not compatible with the Arria 10 SOC FMC pinout in the sense that we cannot respect the recommendation for the source synchronous interfaces for Arria 10. The same applies for Arria 10 GX. In theory, for a custom board you can respect the recommendation, but given we haven't worked on a design to the point of validating it in hardware, nor do we have alternative designs that are similar, we cannot give you more detailed information on how to move forward.
