The sample FPGA code has been emailed to you. This is just an example of how to capture the serial LVDS outputs of the AD9653 using the Virtex 4 FPGA.

I do not have anything for Virtex 7.

Unfortunately I am not FPGA knowledgeable. I'm sorry but you'll need to find some FPGA knowledgeable resources to guide you.
