AD9683's  EVB problem

 Where did you get this design? This is not something we support anymore. You need to switch to either Linux or No-OS code.

This is going to take some time, but let's see. Obviously your SPI reads have failed. So did you do the board level changes? If you already did and still getting errors, you may have to probe that interface. You could also try changing the phase/polarity of the clock signals and see if it makes a difference.

The Bit file was downloaded from ADI's website.

I don't know what step is wrong?

Could you please do it again and observe it can work or not ?
