FMCOMMS3-EBZ Stand-Alone application

Question

Dear all 
 I want to use FMCOMMS3-EBZ and supported Xilinx Carrier for spectrum detection and spectrum generation. is it possible to use FMCOMMS3-EBZ and VC707 standalone .without any use of host processor .Once i build any image on FPGA .next time whenever i power on the setup ,it loaded with desired image.
