AD9371 with Intel Cyclone 10 FPGA

Can we use AD9371 with Intel Cyclone 10 FPGA?

Do we have AD9371 Project/HDL reference design with Intel Cyclone 10 FPGA?

Is there a way to port AD9371+AG10x reference design example to Cyclone 10 FPGA? Any estimation how much effort would that require? fairly easy? or a pain?

    Hi,

Can we use AD9371 with Intel Cyclone 10 FPGA?

    Probably.

Do we have AD9371 Project/HDL reference design with Intel Cyclone 10 FPGA?

    No.

Is there a way to port AD9371+AG10x reference design example to Cyclone 10 FPGA? Any estimation how much effort would that require? fairly easy? or a pain?

    It depends on:
    - do you want to use the cyclone 10 gx development kit or you want to create a custom board?
    - experience
    - how familiar are you with cyclone 10 devices

Based on the above it can take from a week to a few months.

If you plan to use the cyclone 10 gx dev kit check the FMC compatibility as it states in the link above.
Another major thing to check is the transceiver and pll compatibility between the cyclone 10 and arria 10. If they are slightly different there will be small differences to be made in hdl/software.

My suggestion, if the FMC connections are compatible between the adrv9371 and cyclone 10 gx dev kit create a hdl design, the tool will let you know if there are major problems.

    Regards,
    Andrei
