I am using AD9361(ADRV9361-z7035) in FDD Independent mode .I want to control Tx and Rx of AD9361 independently through some logic. My objective is that whenever "X" frequency is fall on Rx(detected by Rx-FFT-threshold logic ). I want to transmit this frequency on Tx ( I already done this , ) but I want to transmit that detected frequency continuously on Tx( for some millisecond ) .I inserted a logic that whenever a frequency detected . Turn Off RX path and Turn ON Tx path ( but the issue is that whenever the RX path is turn off , at the same time tone is disappear . the board is running like loopback (from RX----TX) . My requirement is that Tx keep transmitting the detected frequency for some millisecond .Any reference document or suggestion from your side .?
Why are you turning off the RX path? Or you just interested on the frequency of the received tone, but not on the actual tone? If that's the case you can try to reconfigure the DDS's of the core to the received frequency and enable them.

As shown by attached fig , I want to implement "Control Logic block" . The system remain in Rx mode by default , but whenever i send detected "X" after modulation on Tx .So the "control logic block" be able to turn off the Rx (duration= as long as Tx transmitting ) .
If I understand correctly, your modulation block have to be independent of the RX state. So you can use a DDS module, inside your modulation block, to generate the "X" frequency, that way you will control on the TX signal, regardless of the RX state.
But this is something that you have to implement, we do not have any reference document which cover an issue like this.
if I use ENABLE/TXNRX PIN to control Rx and Tx path in HDL design ? is it good option ???
ENABLE/TXNRX pin control is for TDD (Time Division Duplex) mode, where the device will transmit and receive data in different time slots. Meaning you never going to transmit and receive in the same time. Don't know if this is what you want.
