YOUR PROFILE!
Our members view each other's profiles to connect and collaborate on projects. It is important to highlight your special skills, certificates of knowledge, and interests. Follow the steps below to make yourself stand out in the community. You have the expertise, why not let it be known??
Let's Get Customizing!
Step 1. Navigate to your profile by clicking on your avatar in the upper right-hand corner of your screen and then click on "profile" in the drop-down menu.
Step 2. Once you are within your profile page, click "edit profile"
Step 3. Change your Cover Photo
Your cover photo is a great starting point to begin to express who you are! Upload a photo that shows your interests, expertise, or accomplishments.
Step 4. Update your Avatar Photo
Avatar photos are similar to profile photos on your social media accounts. The options are endless for your avatar! You can choose to have the photo of yourself or create a custom avatar similar to some of the creative ideas below:
REMEMBER you want your profile to stand out and express how special you are, so try not to copy your friends!
Step 5. Write a short Biography
Include a write up about yourself explaining to other users who you are and what you do. Begin with a couple sentences about your current position/experience, and end with what you enjoy to do in your free time. Keep it simple and informative.
Step 6. Include your Occupation
This section helps other users understand your role better.
Step 7. Add your Interests
What do you like to do in your free time? Inform the community of some hobbies you enjoy such as hiking, music, or various sports/athletics. Maybe you will find a coworker enjoys the same pass times!
Step 8. Update your Contact Information
How would you like others to get in contact with you? Do you have a website or personal blog you would like your followers to know about? Include it here!

It took a lot of work to customize your profile just the way you want it. Don't let your hard work go to waste! Remember to save your profile once you are finished.
Final Step: Connect with friends within your community to show off your unique profile!
To connect with other EZ Users, navigate to their profile and click the "+Connect" button in the upper right-hand corner of their profile. You will have the option to either "follow" and/or "friend". When you choose to follow your friends, you will receive notifications of their activity. Such as when they post a discussion or when they create content, etc.
