Accelerating Embedded Development: ewNA Recap

At embedded world NA 2024 we showcased a wide range of innovative solutions aimed at accelerating embedded development. This year, we introduced new embedded software tools, showcased enhanced security features, and highlighted embedded development using Zephyr and open source tooling, and much more.

Why are we still talking about embedded world?

Maybe you couldn’t attend the event or maybe you did attend but you want to catch the demos one more time? We've got you covered. Here you'll can find demos, session content, and more. Here’s some must-see highlights!

Accelerating Development

  • Explore how CodeFusion StudioTM (CFS) enable system tools, accelerate technical discovery, and enable efficient data flow through the system.
  • Learn how projects can be profiled for size optimization, how the final compiled firmware image can be verified visually, and exactly how much flash or SRAM a function or variable uses.
  • Discover how CFS facilitates heterogeneous application & system development, debugging, and optimization from a unified interface. This accelerates developer time to market and is extensible via OpenAPI integration with 3rd party solutions and platforms.
  • Not only did we love sharing CFS on-site, we also won 2 awards! Read about the Best in Show award from Embedded Computing Design and Embeddy Software & Tools Winner: Analog Devices.

Enhancing Security

  • Witness the critical role security plays in our modern energy infrastructure with our energy systems Embedded Data Provenance demo.
  • Learn about ADI’s cyber-resilience security architecture that includes a microcontroller-based IDS capable of rapidly detecting a broad range of attacks in real-time with high detection rates and low false positives.
  • See how to auto-compile your security subsystem across varying MCUs and security platforms while maintaining a common security API for development with our Trusted Edge Security Architecture which is an extension within CFS.

Leveraging Open Source

  • Learn how ADI's leadership in industrial connectivity, paired with the power of the Zephyr RTOS embedded software ecosystem, allows customers to rapidly develop secure networked devices.
  • Did you miss a chance to connect with the Zephyr® Project team or fly the kite? Not sure what Zephyr is? Zephyr is a proven RTOS ecosystem, created by developers, for developers, and ADI is an active contributing member of the project. Zephyr recently passed more than 100,000 contributions and launched its 3.7 Long Term Support (LTS) Release. Learn how to contribute to this open-source project, participate in discussions, and access vibrant community resources.

Staying Connected
