SCOPY does not recognize the AD-PQMON-SL eval board of ADE9430.

Question

Dear All, 
 My name is SK Lee. (in charge of DFAE) 
 One of my customer is testing with AD-PQMON-SL. (eval board of ADE9430) 
 We connected the note PC and AD-PQMON-SL using USB type C to C cable for supplying power to the AD-PQMON-SL. (as ADI guided) 
 Below is the display in ADI website regarding SCOPY and AD-PQMON-SL. There are the COM37 of serial port.

But in our test, SCOPY does not recognize the AD-PQMON-SL. We couldn't see any serial port recognized. 
 What is the problem? Does we need any software driver for AD-PQMON-SL? (Windows Driver ?)

Hi SKLee197405 , would you happen to have a daplink ? I recommend that you flash the latest available software on it. Do you have any message on the LCD that you can share with me? Also, take into account that only the connector is type C, so is possible that you need to rotate the connector 180 degrees if the COM port is not present.)
