Thank you for your confirmation and I'm sorry late response.

We have confirmed that issue doesn't happen when I exchange the new AD8479 on our board. It might have any issue on AD8479 before putting on new AD8479.

We don't need 1M ohm register tolerance information at current. thank you for your cooperation.
