Goal: When AD-PQMON-SL is connected to voltage & current input long time, AD-PQMON-SL will automatically identify and record down power quality events (Flicker, Voltage Dip, Swell etc) without manual control.
Problem Description:
We used Omicron CMC 353 to simulate voltage dip/swell/interruption by changing voltage input value (VA,VB,VC)
Example of simulating voltage interruption:
0:00s-VA=20V
0:05s-VA=1V
We don't have any video but will record it if a testing procedure is provided.
We can't find any error/warning message from Scopy about a sudden voltage drop event.
Troubleshooting steps were taken by myself:
I was informed that the ADSW-PO-CLS library can be used on AD-PQMON-SL.
I found there's some API in pqlib_api_documentation.html, for example ADI_PQLIB_INTRP.
I'm not sure whether these APIs can be found in the Scopy or even used to detect power quality events automatically or not.
Hi, YongLawrence The information about these values is available in the first window of scopy the "rms" one. If you are in the "waveforms" window this info is not available since the waveform data is not sent to the library for computation, to have a continuous reading of the waveform buffer. The firmware is a specific implementation and is made to work with Scopy. For specific use cases, the firmware can be customized.

Hi YongLawrence The links for Scopy2.0 with PQMON addon and for the hex are updated on the wiki page.
The PQevents are recorded in the log file and if an event occurs an indicator will inform the user. More info about this can be found on the wiki page.
Please take into account that the PQevents are being recorded only in the rms and harmonics tab.
YongLawrence Your system does not reach the nominal value at any time. To see an event, you should recover from the event. You can't see it because you are still in the dip event. Correct me if I am wrong but what I see is that you have ~60V.
Hi REtz , I tried to edit the nominal voltage in the Scopy Settings and recorded a video again, but there was no PQ event notification. Please let me know if I missed any steps.
