Is ADE7880 considered as True RMS meter?

Hello, 
 reading all the available documentation it isn't clear for me is ADE works as true rms meter. Can you clarify this? Does ADE7880 voltage and current calculation methods makes it a True-RMS meter? Can it be stated as such?

The "Root Mean Square Measurement" section on page 41 of the datasheet gives details on exactly how the calculation is done on the ADE7880. That section goes into a lot more detail than I can here.)
