ADE7858A changing the phase voltage datapath

Question

Hello 
 
 Please let me clarify where ADE7858A changes the phase voltage datapath using VTOIx register. 
 Using VTOIx register changes A phase voltage to B phase described as datasheet P.33 CHANGING THE PHASE VOLTAGE DATAPATH 
 I think that ADE7858A changes A phase volatge to B phase at below red point when we use VTOIA register. 
 Is my understanding correct ? 
 (I would like to know if the changing datapath from phase A to phase B occurs at the raw data (ADC output ) .

Yes this is change is at the adc level ADC A will send data to ADC B data path)
