ADE 9430 Active Energy Issue

Product Number: ADE9430

I am reading Energy Data continuously on "BITM_STATUS0_EGYRDY" bit. I get Apparent Energy Values but Active energy values are sometimes zero (0). Is this a known issue? Can anyone explain me with the reason for the same?

Due to this the my accumulated Reading of Energy is incorrect. Suggest some solution for this issue.

Please verify that the energy accumulation has been setup according the "Energy Accumulation" section of the datasheet: ADE9430 (Rev.0) (analog.com).

When the Apparent has a value and a the Active is 0, what is the Reactive energy showing? Could you please give an example value of what you are reading from the WATTHR_HI, VAHR_HI and VARHR_HI registers, the accumulation time you have set and the power level of the load you are measuring.

Reactive is '0'. Power factor is 1.

Accumulation time is one sec.

It is not always zero. It happens some times. I will post screenshot as soon as that case is observed.
