In the ADE7913-Evalboard schematic(see picture),the AGND_ADC line is for all phases the same. So that means this line is for each shunt is same ? This line has for each phase the same potential ?
Should it not be for each phase a other GND reference ? Like AGND_ADC for phase A, BGND_ADC for phase B and CGND_ADC for phase C ?
Sorry, the AGND_X net is the live phase which is separate to each channel. For each part on the schematic the AGND_ADC should have an additional "_X" that matches the rest of the descriptors in that subdesign (as seen in the top level for each channel). The neutral line goes to each channel into the top of the voltage divider which is the V1Pin on the schematic. Additionally there is a more clear image in the app note on page 3 that specifies the connections to the shunts for each channel.

If you are using the ADE7913 and V2P as a voltage input, then yes V2PIN can also be connected to neutral for a second voltage measurement between neutral and phase_X. If a secondary voltage measurement is not needed then V2P can be connected directly to VM as indicated in the datasheet.
