I am using the ADE7754 for 3Phase measurements.
the requirement for this meter
is to measure current up to 100A, and voltage up to 250VAC,
I am confused with DGND and AGND
so could you make a chick for my design if it has some issues or problems

I suggest you connect Agnd and Dgnd together . Consider them the same ground.
Why this part? The ADE78xx and the ADE90xx part are significantly better parts

Thanks, Dave
I am not very familiar with IC power meter's so the first IC I found was ADE7754,
but I will look at your suggestion I think ADE9078 is a good choice
