3-phase energy meter recomended IC

Question

Hello, I am Alberto and I am working as a hardware engineer in a spanish company. 
 We want to develop a three-phase energy meter, that could work as a one phase meter too. 
 Wich energy meter IC would you recomend? 
 We want to measure: 
 - active, reactive and apparent powers. 
 - rms currents and voltages. 
 - power factor. 
 - frequency. 
 We have seen the ADE7868A and ADE7878A. Could them be ok for us?

Yes that is a common part for this application you can also look at ADE9078 and ADE9000

Yes you can use any of the polyphase parts for single phase. I would not say it is the cheapest but if you wanted 1 hardware design to work of all types 3ph, split phase and single phase this works.
