asking about ADE7763 Vrms and Irms register value

hi everyone. im new at this forum

i want to ask about ADE7763 Vrms and Irms register value.

as i known when i read datasheet, the Maximum value between V1p-V1n and V2p-V2n is 0.5V peak, the maximum rms value can reach is 1868467d (0x1C82B3) in the IRMS register , and 1561400 (0x17D338) in the VRMS register  

so to test it out, i use Analog Discovery 2 to generate the waveform to V1p-V1n, V2p-V2n pins. below is the result.

both V1p-V1n, V2p-V2n input = 100mv --> Vrms =329827        Irms =387625

both V1p-V1n, V2p-V2n input = 200mv --> Vrms =659837        Irms =775532

both V1p-V1n, V2p-V2n input = 300mv --> Vrms =989431        Irms =1163034

both V1p-V1n, V2p-V2n input = 400mv --> Vrms =1319889      Irms =1550859

both V1p-V1n, V2p-V2n input = 500mv --> Vrms =1649628      Irms =1938418

both V1p-V1n, V2p-V2n input = 600mv --> Vrms =1978903      Irms =2325707

both V1p-V1n, V2p-V2n input = 700mv --> Vrms =2308025      Irms =2713455

...

the more input voltage increase, the more Vrms, Irms increase. there are no limit here

Can someone points out where I'm going wrong?
