looks like it is good for 150Mhz. propagation delay is important and it is 15ns or so . This should not cause and issue at 5Mhz.

I do recommend reset control. 

chip select ,mosi and sclk will use 3 one direction  you do not have one for reset.  

ADum162N would have a channel for reset but only leaves 1 channel for IRQ0 or IRQ1 or zx ....
