This seems like a cross talk issue or a Voltage drop issue on your pcb.
Can you share your layout full schematic?
Please do not start another thread this makes following the issue difficult.

The ADE7953 eval board uses 2 499k in series for the voltage divider. More resistors the better but I would recommend 3 x 330K. One of the benefits of this is the high potential voltage is moved further away from the high gain input pins. This also reduces coupling from the parasitic capacitance of the resistor solder pads. You have a 1 Meg in your design and this might cause some cross-talk V to I. I don't have your layout so I can't comment on where the cross-talk is coming from.
With out seeing your complete board layout and wire connection to your source it will be difficult to diagnose.
