While using ADI-EagleEye-PeopleCount-BoardandFirmwareTestTool on PC and with EagleEye Trial kit, why is it showing "More than one device discovered for my Eagle Eye device.Remove device" ?

For my Eagle Eye device , when i try to use ADI-EagleEye-PeopleCount-BoardandFirmwareTestTool from Trail kit to update some options showing "More than one device discovered.Remove device", even only one device connected to pc.

Thank you for your message. The issue is related to other USB devices plugged into the laptop/PC and interfering with the EagleEye sensor.
USB dongles for wireless keyboards/mice are often causing the problem.
Please remove such devices if possible while the update takes place.
