Why my ADI Eagle Eye Trail Kit image quality is poor or blurred from the lens attached to the device

Question

My ADI Eagle Eye People Count device giving blurred image , while commissioning. Can't able to identify the room/space , where my device is mounted. ROI should be visible clearly , then only we can commissioning the ROI as per our requirement right?.

The lens and image quality is checked on each sensor in the factory before it is shipped out to customers. A protective clear plastic cover is added to protect the lens, which may be causing the blur effect you are seeing. Please verify this cover is removed before commissioning the sensor.)
