why is there a device version and timestamp for device even when no OTA was done ?

In the cloud page we will be able to see the device details. Details like Device Status, License Status and Firmware Last Updated are visible. 
 But in the Firmware Last Updated details we are seeing date as 01-Feb-2019 and version as 1.0.

This question is relevant only if you are doing OTA from the ADI PeopleCount cloud. If you have implemented your own cloud solution or plan to, then ignore this. The EagelEye PeopleCount cloud uses a default device version 1.0 and default timestamp when no OTA has ever been done. This field will be updated to the most recent version and timestamp when OTA is successful for a device.
