EagleEye trial kit keeps resetting and all LEDs are red

Question

My EagleEye Trial Kit keeps on resetting and does not pair with my tablet. All LEDs are steady red and do not change state. What can be causing the issue?

This is most likely due to interfering Bluetooth devices causing a connection timeout in the app. Please remove all Bluetooth paired devices from your tablet in the Bluetooth settings and try to move as close as possible to your EagleEye sensor to avoid interference with other Bluetooth devices. You can then try again by restarting the app and power cycling the sensor.)
