Q
I am using a dual supply LDO regulator with power-up sequencing
for giving 3.3V and 1.2 V input supplies to ADSP-BF536/7. This regulator has a
power up sequence and gives 3.3V o/p first and 1.2V follows. Do you see any
problem with this scheme, or is it that we should always apply core voltage
first and i/o voltage later.
This LDO provides a 'reset' signal as well and reset is deasserted only when
1.2V has reached 95% of its value, and this reset is applied to DSP.
Will there be any problem?
Please let me know, if any such restrictions are there?
A
You can use every power-up sequence. I/O first, Core first or I/O & Core at the
same time.
