How to Communicate with TigerSHARC ADSP-TS201S EZ-KIT Lite evaluation board?

I am having an TigerSHARC ADSP-TS201S EZ-KIT Lite evaluation board and a Trial License Key which is valid for "90days".
I want to communicate with that evaluation board through either USB JTAG emulator(HPUSB-ICE) or USB port(Optional).

Initially I am tring to connect Evaluation board through USB JTAG emulator(HPUSB-ICE).

1. In VisualDSP++ Configurator, I am selecting platform as ADSP-TS201 EZ-KIT Lite and on performing ICE Test (Emulatot Type : HPUSB-ICE), I am getting Failur Status in "Determining Scan Path Length" always.
2. Then in VisualDSP++ Environment, through New Session, I am configuring the following parameters :

Processor Type as "ADSP-TS201"
Connection Type as "Emulator"
Platform as "ADSP-TS201 via HPUSB-ICE"

Finaly after giving Finish, I am getting
Error Code as : 0x80004005
Error Description : Unspecified error

Why I am getting this Errors?(Question 1 & Question 2).

3. Also Im trying to connect Evaluation board as per document ADSP_TS201S_EZ_KIT_Lite_Manual_Rev._3.1(Section number 1 - Installation and Session Startup).

In my VisualDSP++ Environment, I am trting to set the following parameters :

Processor Type as "ADSP-TS201"
Connection Type as "EZ-KIT Lite". But this option is not at all getting enabled.
I want to know whether Trial License Key will work for EZ-KIT Lite session or not?.

    In order to accurately determine whether your EZ-Kit is faulty or not, can I please ask you to answer the following questions –

    When trying to connect EZ-KIT , do you receive any error messages? If so, please send in details of these errors and if possible screenshots of them.

    Do you have any other EZ-Kit  of the same type, which operates correctly with the same ICE and PC?
    Do you have another ICE you can use to connect to your EZ-Kit with? Does the EZ-Kit still behave the same way? Do you still encounter the same error messages?

    Please read the below FAQ and let us know the results of the troubleshooting steps it advises.
