Analog Devices HP-USB-ICE Emulator issue


We are using ADZS-HP-USB-ICE Emulators Qty:03 Nos its having issues we are not able to use it.So i need to rectify that what is process to repair it.   Do you have any customer service to solve this if have give those details.

    Hi Rajesh,

    In order to accurately determine whether your emulator is faulty or not, can you please answer the following questions -

    1.When trying to connect to your session, do you receive any error messages? If so, please send in details of these errors and if possible screenshots of them.
    2.Does the ICE Test utility run successfully or does it fail at any point? If the Test fails, please provide us with a screenshot showing the ICE Test results.
    3.Have you used this emulator on a custom board or an EZ-KIT board? If you're using a custom board can you please confirm that it complies with the JTAG Technical Reference Guide EE-68, which is available online at the following location:
    4.Do you have any other emulators of the same type, which operates correctly with the same target board and PC?
    5.Do you have another target board you can use to connect to your emulator with? Does the emulator still behave the same way? Do you still encounter the same error messages?
    6. Can we please ask you to try uninstalling any drivers which are currently installed and try manually re-installing them?

    The drivers are located at [install_drive]:\Analog Devices\CrossCore Embedded Studio x.x.x\Setup\Emu_Drivers\
    By default this is located at the following paths:
    VisualDSP++ : [Install_drive]\Program Files\Analog Devices\VisualDSP\Setup\Emu_Drivers\

    The driver for all emulators and evaluation boards for 32-bit Operating Systems is WmUsbIce.sys.
    The driver for all emulators and evaluation boards for 64-bit Operating Systems is WmUsbIce64.sys.
