When build project from command line i got error message
cc1458: Fatal error: could not obtain license
1 catastrophic error detected in the compilation of "***.c"
Compilation terminated.
When build project fromVisualDsp5.0(GUI)
build run and pass.
Why build failed when trying to build from Command Line?
