My VisualDSP++ Release 4.0 (Windows 7-64 O/S) will not connect via USB to my ADSP-21364 EZ-KIT Lite -
the orange USB monitor LED does not light. Although this seems to be a commonly-reported problem with
EZ-KIT Lites, I have not found a solution that helps me specifically.
My ADSP-21364 EZ-KIT is in as-new condition, I am using the supplied USB cable and the computer USB
ports are fine - when I press the RESET button on the Lite, the computer "beeps" and acknowledges that
something has happened. I do not suspect a hardware problem, as the computer USB ports and the supplied
USB cable are tested and known to be fine.
My VisualDSP++ software would not load under Windows 10 (it was unhappy with the version of Internet
Explorer) which is why I downgraded my PC to Win 7.
What are my options to resolve this, please?
