When using SS+ V2.0 to define customized module with AlgorithmDesigner, it says that only ADSP-SC5xx could be selected as the processor. But my target processor is ADSP-2156x. Could you tell me how to do it in SS+?

Yes, I have browsed the 2 links above, but I can not find the answer for it.
ADSP-SC5xx is super set processor of ADSP-215xx, so the algorithm designer will work for ADSP-2156x processors as well.
