Hello,
I wanted to compile my first project, and I had an error like "Sharc assembler is not found", when I installed the Sigma Studio for Sharc option!
Thanks for your help, I'm just getting started.

Hi Jean-pierre,
SigmaStudio for SHARC requires CrossCore Embedded Studio to be installed and licensed. For more details, please refer to:

Hi,
thank you for your reply.
I already installed CCES, I got a free license for 90 days. But when I did "compiled" in Sigma Studio for Sharc ", he made a mistake because he couldn't find the assembler.
Should we also open at the same time as Sigma studio, CCES and thus Sigma studio will automatically link with the assembler?
Best regards,
Jean-pierre
What version of SigmaStudio for SHARC are you using? Please verify that the CrossCore Embedded Studio is listed in the SigmaStudio 'Settings' window as shown below (Tools -> Settings... -> SHARC).

If not listed, can you please try re-installing CCES again?
Version SS for Sharc N°4.4.
Yes it is not listed. I re-install CCES.
Thanks.
the fact of having re-installed CCES means that my free 90-day license is no longer valid, I await validation by email of your services!
just a note,
i just re-installed CCES, but i still have nothing showing up in Sigma Studio For Sharc.
It's normal ? Must the license in CCES be activated for this to appear?
Hi mkokaly,
in reality nothing worked, so I uninstalled everything and I reinstalled the latest version, I did everything in "Admin" mode, and I just started Sigma studio in "Admin" mode too, and everything is OK .
Thank you.
I'm just missing the free 90-day license that I lost due to the relocation.
Can you ask someone to send me a validation code by email to reactivate it.
Best regards,
Jean-pierre
Hi Jean-pierre,
Thanks for the update. Good to hear that the issue is resolved.
Regarding the CCES license, may I ask you to please contact private support via processor.tools.support@analog.com with a copy of your license.dat file (please do not post it on the forum).
Have a look at the following FAQ for details of where to find your licens.dat file: FAQ: Where can I find my license.dat file in CrossCore Embedded Studio??
Please include a link to this thread when you contact private support.

MKB
Hi mkokaly,
Thank you, but in the link above to find out where the license is, in reality, it only talks about XP or at best Win 7, we are far from Win 10 !
Best regards,
The same applies for Windows 10 (I've just updated the FAQ accordingly - thanks for pointing it out!). CCES license.dat file can be found here: C:\ProgramData\Analog Devices\CrossCore Embedded Studio\
