The transition time is based on framework buffer delay and block size of modules, Please find the details,
1. The no slew mute transition time is maximum of one block size/Sample rate in case of safe load write.
Example: 1.3 msec for block size of 64 with sample rate 48K
2. The no slew mute transition time is also depends on framework buffering delay to the output.

What this feature means is that mute and un-mute operations are instantaneous by shifting from the maximum value to the minimum value.
It is not a function to gradually shifting.

The gradual transition functions are there in "Clickless SW slew" and "dB slew' in Volume Controls-Mute modules.
