Problem of Compiler for ADSP21489 in Sigma Studio for Sharc

thank you for your reply.
I already installed CCES, I got a free license for 90 days. But when I did "compiled" in Sigma Studio for Sharc ", he made a mistake because he couldn't find the assembler.
Should we also open at the same time as Sigma studio, CCES and thus Sigma studio will automatically link with the assembler?

What version of SigmaStudio for SHARC are you using? Please verify that the CrossCore Embedded Studio is listed in the SigmaStudio 'Settings' window as shown below (Tools -> Settings... -> SHARC). 

If not listed, can you please try re-installing CCES again?

just a note,
i just re-installed CCES, but i still have nothing showing up in Sigma Studio For Sharc.
It's normal ? Must the license in CCES be activated for this to appear?

in reality nothing worked, so I uninstalled everything and I reinstalled the latest version, I did everything in "Admin" mode, and I just started Sigma studio in "Admin" mode too, and everything is OK .

Can you ask someone to send me a validation code by email to reactivate it.

Thanks for the update. Good to hear that the issue is resolved.

Regarding the CCES license, may I ask you to please contact private support via processor.tools.support@analog.com with a copy of your license.dat file (please do not post it on the forum).

Please include a link to this thread when you contact private support.

The same applies for Windows 10 (I've just updated the FAQ accordingly - thanks for pointing it out!). CCES license.dat file can be found here: C:\ProgramData\Analog Devices\CrossCore Embedded Studio\

I just received my evaluation board 21489EZ-KIT, I connected under the principle board, my USB cable on a small daughter board, and in Sigma studio, the USB tab went from green to red, indicating a problem of connection.
Do you have an idea of the problem?

(Before I was connected to another card of "Chinese" origin, via the EVA-ADUSB2Z card, and the tab was green!)

it seems in the device manager, that the ADSP21489-EZKIT card is well recognized.
However, in the last window opened, it says: The USB device \ VID_064B & PID_2228 \ 6 & 31ed290c & 0 & 5 requires that the installation be continued.

in reality it was missing with the kit, the SigmaStudio USBi to Ez-Board Adapter.
Now I installed it and the USB LED is green in Sigma studio.

I made a super simple project to start. I connected the analog inputs directly to the outputs. a simple wire.
but I think it doesn't work even though Sigma studio doesn't mention an error at the bottom right of the screen.
Here are the explanations, I enter with a sine generator, which I put in series with the output, a resistance of 600 Ohms, already when I connect the empty voltage (without connection) goes from 0.85V 0.66mV which wants the input impedance to be super low. (not normal according to the diagram which indicates an input impedance of approximately 5KOhms. on the output, I also have 0.66mV. But if I cut the supply (OFF), on the output and the input, the voltage of sine goes back to 0.55V.
Please explain my error to me.
