CCES complied project fails to work with bootloader

In your Tools Settings, can you show a screenshot of each of the sections under CrossCore Loader? I can see if I notice anything that is wrong.

I don't see anything there that looks off at first glance. I assume based on the comment about the bootloader that you are using sam_flasher to program the ldr into flash, is that correct? I am not the person that did much of this work but I wonder if the ldr file has to be binary because intel hex will have address information as part of the image. So I am wondering if it is maybe being written incorrectly considering the bootloader is at the beginning of flash. Just a quick thought. It has some information that might help. If neither of those things helps, if you could zip up your binary files and attach here I can give it a shot.

Thank you for the look.  Your guess is correct as it is the sam_flasher to program the ldr.

Well just tried it and it turns out that it did need to be binary instead of intel hex.  Issue solved, till the next one :)
