Loaded programs don't work into SHARC Audio Module

Did you use the BM project wizard to initially create your 3 core project or did you manually edit the configuration header file? Also, are you only running the 1 core or have you tried running all cores. The ARM core (core 0) needs to be run as well. The boot jumper will not matter unless you are programming flash and just booting the application from flash so in that case CCES would not be used. There is an issue in that the new Faust version generates C++11 code which is not compatible with our compiler. It appears that maybe you already realize that as you said it compiles fine. Also, are you trying one of the examples provided or are you trying your own? I would start with an example just to be sure that works to verify the process initially. The examples can be found in the faust github directory.

I created a new Bare Metal Framework project and I tried with core 1 and both core 1 and core 2. I know about the non compatibility of Faust with the compiler so I'm using Faust version 2.6.1 (along the lines of https://ez.analog.com/dsp/software-and-development-tools/sharcaudiomodule/f/q-a/163340/new-version-of-faust-isn-t-compatible-with-cces-baremetal-framework). For the debbuging process I'm using the steps explained in the YouTube video you mentioned. I tried the volume example and the flanger example provided in the GitHub repository: https://github.com/moforte/sam-faust/tree/master/faust-examples but the problem is still there.

It seems that the uploaded Faust code is overlapping with other effects in the board. For example if I upload the volume code: https://github.com/moforte/sam-faust/tree/master/faust-examples/volume it works fine until I press a button of the Audio Fin. When I press it I can hear the other effects running and the other potentiometers begins to control the unwanted effect. Once again, if I run a non Faust code (for example: https://wiki.analog.com/resources/tools-software/sharc-audio-module/baremetal/volume-control-tutorial) it works fine.

This is because the effects processing is still part of the callback function. We should have provided an option to easily turn the effects off. In processaudio_callback in the core1 and core2 callback_audio_processing.cpp files you can set the first if statement to if(false) instead of if(true). In the same file you may want to just remove audio_effects_setup_core1() and audio_effects_setup_core2() calls as well since they are not needed. This should give you the results you expected without the effects causing issues.
