I've just found out that dialing a number on the stamp and on my host isn't equal in its result.
tip -c -r -s57600 -l/dev/ttyS0
atd*99***1#
CONNECT
~?}#?!}!}#} }9}"}&} }*} } }'}"}(}"}%}&?;}1}8}#}%?#}%({~~?}#?!}!}#} }9}"}&} }*} }...
On the stamp "CONNECT" is the last thing, there is no tilde and others.
Serial driver problem?

Do you have an exact part number were we can get the same serial device you are connecting to so we can try it out?
Thanks
