We have made a board with BF527 processor, on this board we used Micrel KSZ8893MQL/MQLI PHY chip. Can anyone help me that what all files I need change to configure this PHY chip.

in the kernel, just go into the network device driver section and into the PHY sub menu.  if an appropriate driver is listed for your PHY, select it ... if there isnt, you'll have to develop your own phylib driver for it.
