Hi,
I'm trying to install uClinux on a ADZS-BF537-STAMP board with AD1836AZ Dauther board attached.
Tried to compile uClinux kernel with ALSA module but I don't see the module when I boot the stamp board.
According to the manuals, when the board boots we should see the following message:
------------------------------------------------------------------
Advance Linux Sound Arch. Driver Version.......
.....
ALSA device list:
#0: ADI ad1836 at PF4 SPORT0.........
---------------------------------------------------------------------
there is no such message !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When I enter the command "lsmod" I get the following modules:
"snd_pcm_oss, snd_mixer_oss, snd_ad1836, snd_pcm,snd_timer, snd_page_alloc, snd, soundcore."
I can execute "tone" command (there is a tone...)
can anyone jelp me???
Thanks,
Yuval

the new AD1836A revision (Z -- lead free) has not been tested ... it seems to not work
