hello all
i am facing a perculiar problem when i try to run linux on the blackfin
the kernel compiled and everything went smoothly until the actual boot on the blackfin
i configured the Bfin with autoboot on power up,
the problem:when i power up, it counts down to 0 and does nothing and only boots up when i do
"run bootcmd" in the GtkTerm
after boot up, i have another problem, it keeps spitting garbage after every command
his has serious impications when i tried to receive input from user
can anyone suggest a solutions to these?

what version of software exactly are you using ? what hardware ?
also post exact boot logs of u-boot / linux

i am using Bf537 and running :
linux release 2.6.66.19-ADI-2008R1.5-svn
toolchain: bfin-uclinux-gcc release verison 4.1.2 (ADI svn)
user-dist: release 2008R1.5

What is your uboot release? Please check your uboot auto boot env parameters.
